“great value for money. the paddle is withstanding up to the abuse I am throwing at it that, it is a nice looking paddle with a nice glossy finish to it, also light in the hand and good for a long paddle (few hours or more). bonus was it was well packed by escape water sports so getting it delivered to northern Ireland with no damage and getting here no problems as well. (getting hard for buying from the mainland uk)”

“My open canoeing experience is very limited, but I fancied trying a paddle that was somewhat better than the basic plastic things that I have used to date. The Carlisle Beavertail seemed nice to use and was light weight. I feel that more use will be needed to give a more informed opinion, but I am very happy with it.”

“Having the beavertail in your range is excellent, I went looking for just this paddle, your price is excellent with free pnp making it the best cost i could find, however, the quality of finish of the actual paddle - barely smooth hand grip, was a disappointment.”
