“The Yak Apollo cat has been a fantastic investment. It has allowed me to Kayak in the wind and rain. It keeps me warm and dry which has made my kayaking really enjoyable. Fantastic purchase would highly recommend this cag.”

“Great cag, comfortable. The pockets and hood are a great addition. I got it in orange and it is definitely hi-vis which is perfect and just what I wanted. The neck is a little uncomfortable when done up tight with a helmet on. I'd say the sizing is slightly on the smaller size as despite getting the medium there is not a lot of room for additional layers under it. Over all a great cag but if you are planning on wearing layers definitely size up.”

“A great beginner Cag. It fits me very well I am 175cm with a 38 inch chest and I bought the medium. The fabric feels good and seam taping looks to be all in order. I have been using it for rainy days on the river and it's ideal for situations where I know that I'm very unlikely to go for a swim. The hood adjusts nicely and the twin waist is great for using with a spray deck. I can't comment for the long term use but so far it's kept me dry from rain and spray. A few things I'm not so keen on; Latex seals are a pain to get on and off. I feel as this is a semi dry CAG, neoprene wrist seals would have increased the comfort. The neck seal is an odd design with the overlapping Velcro section sitting right on my Adams apple. I've seen a similarly designed cag where the strap is over to one side which is more comfortable. That said, I rolled with the strap done up tight and only a small gush of water went down my neck. For the price, I can not complain.”
