“Delivery schedule was not met and unit arrived 3 days later than the notified delivery from Ergonomic Designs which is dreadful after paying £34.99 delivery charge. Sadly after contacting Ergonomic on afternoon when delivery was advised,I was informed that it had not been shipped. I asked for refund of delivery costs but was totally blanked by Ergonomic Designs. The follow up by the supplier continued to be every bit as vague and again what they saud dud not materialise. The documentation they provide is invomplete and like everything else VAGUE. I will neverdeal with them again and advise contacts accordingly.”
