“Polished aluminium Cistern received is not of an acceptable quality. Inconsistent aluminium cover across cistern an area is not polished very dull with very little aluminium cover. Burlington say it’s not meant to be perfect as it’s supposed to look old. This is a manufacturing fault but Burlington closed case and wouldn’t discuss. Now raised issue with trading standards. Disappointed I was forced to take this action as Burlington and ergonomic designs offered no resolution.”
