“Very nice basin, just what we were looking for. I mistakenly didn’t add the pedestal to my order and got an email from Ergonomic Designs to check if it was an error or if I wanted the basin on its own. I was then able to order and pay for the pedestal and had both items shipped together. Excellent customer service as they could’ve just accepted and shipped my order then left it to me to realise I hadn’t included the pedestal. I would definitely recommend!”
