“I bought this shower over the Christmas period, which was the perfect for the bathroom. I tried to contact them but they were closed over Christmas. So I was a bit nervous to order the shower because I didn't know when it would be delivered and I wanted it to be delivered on a certain week when I would be at home. So I ordered the shower and asked for it to be delivered to the showroom until I could speak to someone. So I emailed the customer support team and asked if I could have it delivered within a certain week. They were very helpful and told me the date it will be shipped, and if I wanted to change the date I would just have to let them know. The delivery driver texts me in the morning telling me the times he should be delivering the shower. He was very polite and the shower turned up in perfect condition with no marks on it. I haven't tested the shower yet because I'm waiting for the bathroom fitter to install it. I would give them 5 stars because the service couldn't be any better.”
