“AVOID ERGONOMIC DESIGNS AT ALL COSTS. I purchased this bath using the measurements supplied by themselves as 1400x1000. What did they send? 1400x1400. Turns out they don’t even stock 1400x1000 size at all, after we placed the order and already laid the flooring and tiling around the bath waste and now they’re defending themselves by saying “ The information provided was correct as 1000mm is the internal length of the bath so this was not incorrect information”. They’re definitely refunding me regardless but the principle remains, don’t do business with a company that can’t even hold their hands up when they make a mistake, especially when it’s a costly error. Poor service. Even after escalating it to senior management, they still don’t want to hear it.”
