“Very stylish vanity unit, which we're very pleased with overall. Lots of space in the drawers in the floorstanding unit. Just be aware this is not solid wood, nor a marble countertop - which we were aware of, but may not be obvious to others. These are both laminate. As other reviews have mentioned, there is minimal void build in to the back of the vanity for the waste and water pipes, however our bathroom fitter adapted by cutting the unit. A shame as that will impact the long term structural integrity of the unit. A small adjustment in the design would prevent customers having to do this. On the whole, Ergonomic Designs provided a good service. However, their customer service after support is a very "computer says no" attitude, and could be much friendlier, both on the phone and by email.”
