“Unfortunately I ordered an item that was not suitable, I ordered in haste and had to send it back. I received emails regarding the return and my issues with order. I must say Beth was really helpful and explained to me about deliveries only being kerb side, as I’m disabled this was not possible, after explaining this to Beth I was offered a full refund. Really great customer service and I wish things could have been better but this was sorted quickly and professionally.”
