“Quality of item is quite poor. Toilet seat constantly moves every time you sit on it. Bathroom fitter has tightened it multiple times ans says it's due to poor quality of the product. Have tried to contact customer service on issues regarding false advertising of flush plate and they were nothing but rude and unhelpful so havtn bothered to contact regarding this issue as i know they will also be incredibly unhelpful. Spent almost 500 with this company. Have 2 more bathrooms to complete and wouldn't use this company again”
