“The buying process was easy, ordered thurs, delivered Friday. Choice of delivery day. Great. However. Delivery was to a lady who takes my parcels etc..I work ! Upon inspection the toilet bowl inside was fractured ? The fixings box glue ..wasn't glued. Im still puzzled how it was damaged inside. Reasonable packaging and no damage to carton. Went through the process and submitted pictures. Got told..awaiting response from manufacturers hmm ,admit to unease. Isn't my contract with you ? You took my money ? However.. got an e mail saying manufacturer were dispatching next day. Er.. how about asking if any one to take delivery? Fortunately there was. The replacement arrived and damaged one uplifted. Upon inspection its all good. So.. despite being covered by distance selling regs, felt uneasy and wished id paid by credit card for additional protection. It's not the cheapest toilet and not really sure what ive paid for that makes it worth the money. My choice entirely as aimed mid price point, not too cheap, not over the top. So.. in conclusion. Would I buy again from what is now apperently a shop front not a stockholder. Probably , id just use my credit card next time as it made me nervous ..awaiting decision from a manufacturer implied if they don't agree am I going to end up wrangling ? The sales service and original delivery spot on. They sorted the issue promptly but cant help how I felt . When someone's got your cash plus delivery fee and you've got a damaged toilet ? This is just a recounting of events and my thoughts ,stuff goes wrong and its how its dealt with that counts. Ive given 4 stars because I don't feel the quality control by manufacturer was as good as it could have been. Maybe a % of toilets develop stress faults after packing ? But the box with fittings in wasn't as should be so who knows the reasons. Id use the company again which says something.”
