“I've not yet received the product as it was delivered to the wrong address and a random woman signed for the delivery. When I reported that the delivery hadn't been made I was told the delivery company had proof I had received it. The delivery note had been fake signed. When I asked if they had taken a photo of the front door for proof of delivery I was shown a photo of a door that wasn't mine. I have been told the matter is being dealt with but haven't heard anything since and it's now 6 days since the item was "delivered". I've also never paid more for delivery so I was shocked when it wasn't delivered during the 8 hour window I was given. Hopefully it will be resolved soon”
