“Unfortunately upon fitting of this tray, one footstep by the fitter (myself) onto the centre of the tray and a 3 inch crack appeared from the drain outwards across the enamel. I would not recommend this tray at all as the central part is far too thin. Obviously the whole tray is on a full bed of sand and cement, a hole left central in the subfloor for the drain which leaves a two inch clearance around the trap so the fittings can join on. This tray is far too weak around the area the most Structual load is required.”
