“Good product that is easy to install and use. Bear in mind its impossible to buy a replacement hose anywhere from what I have been able to ascertain, and the chrome of the escutcheon has bubbled from beneath the finish despite regular cleaning (its just not possible to clean weekly with vinegar as Ergonomic Designs claim you should to honour the guarantee), so be prepared to buy a replacement every 3-4 years minimum and throw the bits away you don't need - very eco friendly!”

“Bought a replacement bath shower hose and deck mounted escutcheon set to replace one supplied ~3 years earlier, as apparently the 20 yr guarantee on the website is not what it is claimed. Either way I am reliably informed by Ergonomic designs that limescale damages chrome without white vinegar cleaning every week, so if you are in a hard water area, I would recommend buying elsewhere as clearly quality of some products are not up to the job of a modern bathroom. To be fair they are good at delivering stuff and use DPD who are fab, hence 2 stars.”
