“Cistern is good very well made. The cistern was missing when order delivered but ergonomic design arranged for a new delivery the following day which arrived promptly. All in all I have been impressed with the customer service offered nothing too much trouble thank you.”

“The delivery driver called on a date and asked which flat is the delivery to, a b c or d, When he was told the flat a he then asked are we at home.when he was told we are at home he said wrong frame was loaded on the truck, but there was no truck at the property. Driver called back to say that he spoke to office and they confirmed the delivery will follow next day. Nothing delivered so far and my client may lose Tennant due to delay of completion of works. Very sad experience as we where looking to buy more from yourselves.”
