“Having my wife tell me she had broken the toilet seat in our brand new, new build home I strictly considered divorce having known absolutely zilch about toilets let alone their seats. Many details were learnt the day I found the Ergonomic Designs website and set about finding the fabled seat. After much frustration one was found, purchased and it was delivered by my knight in shining armour. I plopped (sorry) off the old seat and slammed down the new one into its two vertical bolts. Lo and behold the pristine seat fitted and looked superb. Ok enough of that. The entire purchasing and indeed delivery experience was first class. I just wish my home didn't come with an expensive Vitra wall hung toilet!”
