“Dpd delivery service is embarrassingly bad - very dissatisfied with the service”

Hi Adam, We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with our DPD service. We've worked with DPD as a courier partner for many years and have found the vast majority of DPD parcels are delivered on schedule without any issue. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, deliveries are slightly delayed and take longer than scheduled. As an apology for your parcel not being delivered on the next working day, we have refunded the full delivery charge back to your original payment method.
