We ensure that our packaging is as eco-friendly as possible and therefore ensure that our product packaging can also serve the purpose of shipping, this limits the use of unnecessary additional packaging. All of our boxes are made to the highest standard however poor handling by the courier can result in damage to the packaging, we would love it if you could get in touch with us so that we can raise this issue with our courier to prevent incidents like this happening again in the future.
In regards to the supplement, it can take three weeks of continuous feeding to see the desired results. If you are not seeing results in this time frame please get in touch as there may be an underlying reason for this that needs to be addressed.
