Following customer feedback, we realised that the cardboard scoops were quite difficult to use accurately. Instead customers now get the option to purchase a durable, reusable plastic scoop when placing an order on our website. We don't include these free of charge in every order to keep plastic usage to a minimum. We would like to apologise for any disappointment that this may cause.
