As No More Nerves is a herbal supplement, it can take up to three weeks of continuous feeding at the recommended maintenance dose before you start to see results. If you aren't starting to notice a difference after three weeks of continued use, there is often another reason for this that needs to be addressed first - this can be something as simple as tweaking the dosage slightly or removing another potentially heating ingredient from the diet.
