Thank you for leaving a review Sue. As our supplements are herbal, it can take up to three weeks of continuous feeding before you start to see results. Don't panic if you are not noticing a difference within the first few weeks, this is completely normal.
If you are not starting to see results following three weeks of continuous use please let us know as there may be another reason for this that needs to be addressed first - this can be something as simple as needing to tweak the dosage slightly or removing another potentially heating ingredient from the diet.
