“I started our new young pony on the Gut Brain reset as he was unsettled and stressy, constantly rushing, whinnying & spooking in the arena. He wouldn’t stand tied up outside the stables without fidgeting and spooking. I noticed a difference after about 2 weeks with continued improvement over the further 2 weeks. He’s now much calmer, happy to leave the other horses in the field and be brushed and tacked up by my daughter. She can spend time with him alone without me worrying about unpredictable behaviour/nipping. It’s helped his concentration and is much easier for her to ride and make progress.
