“I was a little sceptical at trying this as it's quite expensive, however I have really noticed a difference in my 31 year old Connemara pony since giving him a scoop a day. He seems perkier in himself, more comfortable moving around, and his coat has regained a shine which I noticed started to fade again when I ran out so I've ordered some more. He also loves it which is a miracle as he's super fussy and normally doesn't touch anything added to his dinners, but this has a really natural herb smell and goes does a treat!”

“Sadly my horse refused to eat his feed with Golden oldies supplement. I should have bought a tester size but the reviews were good and he isn’t a fussy eater. I would recommend trying a tester size so not to waste money or upset your horse!”
Thank you for leaving feedback Sarah, we are sorry to hear that your horse is not currently enjoying his Golden Oldies supplement. If he is particularly fussy to the taste of the product we recommend introducing it very gradually starting with just a tiny amount and building this up over a period of several days, it may also help if the daily dose is split between multiple feeds instead of trying to feed it all at once.
If not already doing so we would also recommend dampening down the feed as this will make it easier for the herbs to be mixed in, alternatively the addition of some apple, carrot or a small amount of sugar free fruit juice can also be used to help entice a fussier horse :)
