Thank you for leaving a review Tina, we are sorry to hear you are having some difficulties with your Alpha Gold purchase. Due to its high coconut oil content, Alpha Gold can solidify slightly in colder conditions, this will not affect the quality of the product and it remains completely safe to use.
In Winter we recommend storing Alpha Gold inside to prevent this. You should be able to return the product to its liquid state by submerging the bottle in hot water before use.
