“I just recieved my monthly jar (I subscribe) and the lemon scent is amazing! A cute little yellow heart and my jar smells so fresh and the tablets have a light lemon taste too. This is a brilliant addition to an already great product.”

Hi Harriet, happy to report that we're now including a pretty little scented tab now in all Pregnancy Formula jars which has a lemon smell to counteract the smell of the capsules. Unfortunately, high-quality vitamins and minerals do often have a strong smell, also because the product is so pure, this isn't counteracted by the cheap 'filler' ingredients many other brands use. “I really like the supplement as it has folate instead of folic acid. Unfortunately the smell and taste exacerbate the nausea. It is a struggle to swallow these which wouldn’t be so bad if you only had to take one but four is a lot! I won’t be repurchasing for that reason but would love if the tablets could be reduced to one or two a day”
Hi, you can take 1-2 capsules a day if this works better for you. You could also split your dose to take 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch. We appreciate 4 can be a lot when you're feeling sensitive, however, it is such a high quality product that give such comprehensive nourishment and support. We're also now including a scent tab in the jars to counteract the smell of the nutrients, so the jar now smells of lemon! Hope this helps and hope you're feeling very well. Rosie x
