I have been using Meno Formula for 6 months, I am on my 7th bottle. I am happy to report that vaginal dryness is now a thing in the past for me & all my other symptoms went away as well. I just want to point that this is a herbal formula this it will take some good amount of time so be patience and trust that your body will communicate with the formula. Here are my main symptoms chronic dryness, hot flushes,hair loss & fatigue + no sleep. I do have pre existing conditions of thyroid cancer & now hypothyroidism so the symptoms mentioned are not new to me however during menopause it escalated off the charts. Don’t lose hope, give a try

I like to keep active , and have a demanding job and in taking x4 capsules each day it really does helps me achieve this.
I’ve tried other separate natural supplements, but do not match these & in long run works out more expensive !
I’m very much in favour of taking the natural route as have tried HRT and actually worsened my symptoms- I love all the wonderful ingredients in this formula and knowing there’s no nasty extras is even more of a bonus!!

I’ve been taking the Menopause Formula for over a year now and it’s undoubtedly helped me through the worst phase of my life. 1.5 years ago, at age 43, I stopped taking the pill due to a DVT. This combined with an operation threw my body into turmoil. I had irregular periods, aches and pains, tiredness, hot flushes, acne and perioral dermatitis, brain fog, weight gain, my hair fell out, and I was an emotional mess. Then I discovered Equi London. After a month or so my hot flushes were drastically reduced and I noticed gradual improvement in my state of mind, skin, sleep and energy level. Fast forward a year and although my periods have just about stopped, I’m close to feeling my old self and I have clear skin, shiny hair and so much energy! “Been taking since March 22 without a break. I am 55years this year…had my ovaries removed Feb 20 and was told at 51 years I wouldn’t have any side effects!!! How wrong the ‘male’ gynaecologist was! I spent 2 years trying to manage. I had every symptom of menopause. I really wasn’t prepared to take HRT - I have boarder line hereditary blood pressure.
