I have been using Meno Formula for 6 months, I am on my 7th bottle. I am happy to report that vaginal dryness is now a thing in the past for me & all my other symptoms went away as well. I just want to point that this is a herbal formula this it will take some good amount of time so be patience and trust that your body will communicate with the formula. Here are my main symptoms chronic dryness, hot flushes,hair loss & fatigue + no sleep. I do have pre existing conditions of thyroid cancer & now hypothyroidism so the symptoms mentioned are not new to me however during menopause it escalated off the charts. Don’t lose hope, give a try

I like to keep active , and have a demanding job and in taking x4 capsules each day it really does helps me achieve this.
I’ve tried other separate natural supplements, but do not match these & in long run works out more expensive !
I’m very much in favour of taking the natural route as have tried HRT and actually worsened my symptoms- I love all the wonderful ingredients in this formula and knowing there’s no nasty extras is even more of a bonus!!
