“The cruise was very pleasant. Food on board excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good guides on the different tours in the schedule. All in all a happy, pleasant and refreshing holiday.
The only disappointment was the evening menu at the hotel which was mediocre in choice and definitely inferior to their hotel menu for non cruise boat residents. Would it be possible to have the allowance of £32 off their hotel menu?”

There is a special set menu for English Holiday Cruises guests, however, guests do also have the option of using the £32pp allowance on the main menu also. We can only apologise that this was not mentioned to you, and we are already following up with the hotel to make sure it does not happen to future guests. “Great experience with a lovely crew and a really good group of people. We enjoyed the mix of excursions and were treated to some really tasty meals on board. There was a good amount of free time for independent exploration and arrangements for the various excursions were well organised. Highly recommended for a different kind of cruise experience.”

“Five stars. It was exactly as advertised and I thoroughly enjoyed everything we did, paticularly the railway, the Morgan Cars vist and the wine-tasting. Moreover, the crew were all excellent and welcoming and very efficient and the food was uniformly good. What more can I say?
