A most interesting and enjoyable cruise. The crew were helpful and friendly. The chef did wonders, catering for everyones' quirks and still getting hot tasty food out on time. My only issue was a lack of communication on our last day's trip where people were unsure of what was happening and the coach driver didn't know where he was taking us. Unfortunately there wasn't a rep from the cruise to explain details of the day. However, apart from that the itinerary was much appreciated. The highlight of the trip for me was the Morgan factory tour. A fascinating insight into a traditional car making industry led by an informative guide. Very enjoyable for everyone not just car buffs. A unique holiday much enjoyed.

Second time aboard. Poor planning made the trip not as successful as before. Train trips on heritage railways during half terms not advisable. Ticketing problems increased the stress levels. On board organisation was poor, nothing seemed to happen on time. Coach driver to Cheltenham was rude to several of us. Breakfast was a good example of poor service. Bowls of fruit on table but accompanying yoghurt appeared halfway through service. The toast was extremely thin and misshaped and on occasion completely white. Leaving day breakfast toast not available as bread was still frozen. Shower drain was blocked with hair and squeegee covered in black mould.
