“Breakfast in the hotel was very disappointing and it felt as though we were inferior to other guests who ate in a different restaurant. Service in ours was poor.
The rest of the hotel experience was good.
The boat experience was very good, the only criticism being too much food and consequent wastage. Smaller portions, especially as we were served 3 course meals twice a day, would have been sufficient. However. the comfort , cleanliness and service on board were excellent. The crew were superb and I was very grateful to the chef for catering for my allergies. Altogether a very pleasant cruise.”
