This will upgrade the standard 2 Year Parts warranty on selected Empire bottle coolers and refrigeration items to also include labour, giving you piece of mind that we will send an engineer to your premises to fix a problem. Please note - the important bit: Initial warranty calls should be started by using our warranty form here. When you have completed this we can then plan the correct course of action and allow us to ascertain if the item is deemed to be at fault due to miss use, general wear and tear, not being maintained or the ambient temperature is of an unreasonable height. Glass doors and handles are not covered by this warranty unless they have had a manufacturing fault. Parts and labour under this warranty are guaranteed in the UK mainland only. Each warranty upgrade will cover a single item listed below - if you purchase multiple items then you will need to purchase multiple warranties to cover each purchase.
