“The product is of good quality. The process of getting it was very disappointing firstly it took weeks for you to identify the parts we needed secondly it took weeks to get the part as you don't carry spares for this model and it had to come from China we also had to pay a lot to get it within 6 weeks or wait over 3 months for it to arrive by container shipment. Then our engineer told us the new part is exactly the same as the old one minus the sensors wich if we had been told this he could have just removed the faulty sensors from the old heater element at no extra cost. This is not what I would expect from a company looking to give good service to their customers. And finally you told us that the warranty wasn't the 2yrs we thought but only 1yr and as you didn't provide any documentation with the freezer we couldn't prove otherwise. And when you consider this is a commercial freezer it only lasted less than 2yrs before breaking down in a domestic situation. Overall score 3 out of 10”
