“I've been buying the Moringa cleansing balm for years and it's absolutely wonderful with no real equivalent. What's not so wonderful is the customer service. I've been trying to cancel a subscription purchase for over a week and have had no response to my email or reply to my enquiry via the form on the website. The 0207307 2380 customer services phone number comes back as 'call failed' as does the phone number given on the despatch slip. I've emailed Piers Carty directly and received no response. Next step is to ask my bank to block any future payments but it really shouldn't be this hard and I won't purchase directly from Emma Hardie again.”
