“My skin can dry out which is not surprising as I am in my mid 70s. If I use the Cleansing Balm every morning and evening and massage the blam into my face and neck then leave it on while I do my teeth, I will then wash off the balm then with warm water ( not hot or cold). I use my hands with the water dribbling from the tap finishing with cold water. This works for me.”
