“I am not very happy with the cleansing cloth, it's hard to rinse out make up residue and I find the double layer drags my skin if I am not careful. I prefer to use a single muslin cloth which is lighter on the skin and which I buy from another brand.”
“As mentioned above I find this cloth useless and incredibly annoying, as the two different types of fabric are only stitched together on the edges, which means that as you wipe your face and the cloth picks up the cleanser, the other side slides past it and it really doesn't work! I use a normal facecloth instead and use the cloths to clean my bathroom where I can hold them in a ball and it doesn't matter that the two surfaces slide past each other.”
“The product itself is fabulous, no breakouts and after a week is already looking a lot more healthy than before. It really does make a difference.
I always look for cruelty free where possible so this ticks boxes in that department.
What I don't like is the disproportionate use of plastic that the balm comes in. It's totally pointless and unnecessary. It an age where we need to be looking after our environment and be more sustainable, I'd love to see the packaging reduced.”
“Only weird thing is, there was no cloth included with this order. Either it fell out of the box and I didn't notice, or it was incorrectly named! I use this as a first cleanse in the morning, and to remove make-up in the evening. It's very gentle on the skin, and feels very moisturising and luxurious. It's become such a cult product now too, and has lovely packaging, so would make a great gift”
