“I've had this product maybe a week or two and i never used it everyday but i had it on my desk and went into a meeting and came back and it was about to explode it was so hot i nearly burnt my fingers.”

the elements in the pod glowed red and became incredibley hot, stopped using it, as I thought
this is dodgy!!
Overall very dissapointed with the product, good concept, just very poorly made and
perhaps dangerous. I am now trying to get a refund, as like a fool, I bought two and spare pods.”
“Really lovely design and feel, lightweight but heavy enough to feel comfortable when holding. Easy to refill and very neat, only thing is it’s a little noisy to begin with but seems to quieten down with more use.”
