“I got the vape and I was so excited but then the first day I used it the top but came off and broke. Now it won’t spike properly and keeps spitting liquid I would like a replacement or a refund as it is completely unusable now”
“This being my first Vape it would have been handy to have a little "getting started" leaflet. I didn't know that it had to be switched on, or how to switch it on. I only found this information after starting a complaint. The battery life is terrible, it has to be charged every day.”
