“up to recently Ive been extremely happy with this product and your prompt service , however the last box of KOKO pods two of them only lasted a couple of days then just stopped , no burnt flavor no problems with the pipes so it was most definitely a fault with the pods , resulting in £6 worth been throwaway , Would really appreciate it if we could rectify this problem , However you see fit”

“I've shopped with ET for well over 18 months, always bought my Caliburn pods and liquids from them, this is the first time I've had an issue with the pods. Bought 4 pods 23rd march, normally I get through 1 every 1.5 weeks this time around I've got through 3 in 2 weeks with the last one only lasting me 3 days before burning out. I believe they are real but must be a bad batch. Will buy again but if i run into an issue again I'll look for another seller. Still thumbs up for everything else ET!”
