“I've ordered from ET many times over the years. Usually the Edge products, specifically the Blueberry liquid. Items are exactly as you'd purchase in a store. Extremely fast delivery and far far cheaper than buying them in a shop.
I accidentally ordered British Tobacco as a last order, I contacted them and they responded straight away. They simply said to send all the products back and they'd exchange them.
The process was very simple and the address was free post - so my mistake was made so easy to rectify due to them. Quite rare nowadays for a company to be so good with Customer Service.
Thanks again and I honestly wouldn't go elsewhere to anyone considering buying their products.
