“Used to use these all the time. Ordered 8 packs of 20mg and received faulty dark brown burnt pods. Informed Electronic Tabacconist who were very nice and said it was a supplier issue and they would resolve it soon. Waited a bit over a month for the issue to be resolved and it's the same exact situation. Burnt, faulty pods. Never ordered them again.
I stopped using these but my boyfriend continues to. He also just got a large shipment of the faulty pods after I informed the company about it over 4 months ago now. Why does Electronic Tabacconist continue to sell pods they admitted to being faulty? Are you not potentially jeopardizing our health?”
