“First time tryer of Hoxton black menthol refills together with black battery. After using another brand for 6 years I was disappointed with the recent changes in the product - in my opinion. Looked for another 'cigarette' as the 'fag in hand' was want I need rather than the various vape devices. Chose the Hoxton due to very reasonable price when buying 12 packs and the black battery because it looked quite elegant. Using for a week now & very pleased so far, pleasant menthol taste which only deteriorates towards the end of the refill when it does tend to produce a sharp burn in the back of the throat- but getting used to knowing when to change the refill now. The feel of it in my hand is excellent, a nice balanced weight, looks great whilst being quite discreet. Some different flavours would be nice, I used cherry flavour with my old brand- licqorice would be fantastic to go with the black!
