“It's great, the starter pack was exactly what we needed to give it a test run, we had a few hiccups but the help desk were amazing, helpful and patient! A great product, a great company and amazing staff!!”
“What I didn't like:
(i) slow charging; if the battery gets low before you can charge overnight, the craving can get a little intense before you can use it again. So keep another palliative handy like him or a patch etc. These kits are cheap, tho. So keeping a backup in rotation is probably your best bet.
(ii) low power/juice indication is ambiguous; change pods first is quickest, but then you end up needing to keep partial pods around to avoid waste
(iii) not available in shops; 1 pod = 2½ days for me and you get 3 pods per pack. With the bulk order offers they have, that means the cost of smoking for me drops from £100/week to £2. NB: the pod in the starter kit has a smaller measure of liquid than the regular ones.
But, they take 2-3 days to arrive so you have to keep an eye on your stash to avoid incurring the expense of scoring elsewhere. I ended up smoking real fags over Xmas cuz it was cheaper than buying another vape locally.
(iv) connection prone to damage; the charging and pod attachments are threaded.
Warnings are given not to over-tighten, which creates stress over what is tight enough or what will allow the battery to fall off or give unreliable results.
This is the equivalent of partially breaking a cigarette as you take it out of the packet and have to hold the fag to the filter or just smoke it like a Woodbine. Why didn't they make them snap in with a ball spring or something?
(v) It's a little heavy for a cigalike, but batteries are more dense than tobacco (duh). So it's a trade off.

Seems like a lot of complaints for a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ review. But most have workarounds or rationalisations. But also, the good things are REALLY good.
(i) excellent customer service. My first starter kit turned out to be faulty. There's no number to call and no online/help desk cover over the holidays but they were straight on it the first day back and replaced it with minimal investigation. Given the considerations above and the nature of the device, a few simple checks can avoid unnecessary waiting for delivery.
(ii) There's a noise like tobacco burn as you pull on it
(iii) that tightness in your chest as you take it down is the same as a real cigarette.
(iv) I've been a Marlboro snob all my life and this tastes and feels almost identical, even on the exhale.
(v) The volume of vapour produced is also comparable with the amount of smoke from a proper fag.
All in all, a smoke so convincing, I tried to stub it out.”
“I find this to be one of the best to help stop smoking. I’ve bought a few, it’s helped me enormously. Only prob is when I get the urge to smoke again I can never find where I’ve put the previous one. No worries though they are cheap. For me it breaks the cycle of my addiction to cigarettes.
