“there seems to be a decline in the way the product functions, sometimes you have to press the button on our new e pens several times before it works then it goes off, the quality is just not there and as a result we are thinking of changing to something else, this has been going on now for some time and it is not just on 1 or 2 pens and tops but all that we have.”
