“I’ve been a loyal customer and I’ve ordered these many many times, alongside the ocasional replacement batteries. For the past few orders, I’ve been noticing a dip in the intensity of the product, not sure if it has to do with the cartridges or the batteries I’ve ordered (or a mix of the two). It is really disappointing that the cartridges are not lasting as long as before, not offering the same intensity of flavour and “hit”. I’ll be considering other options which can bring me back the experience I had before.”

How can Electric tobacconist justify THIS STEEP RISE? Would love to know! No warnings of price increases, by mail, advert or such, only when you go to pay, YOU REALISE THE PRICE HAS SHOT UP!”
“Very disappointed with these. I usually buy the 16mg version. For medical reasons I have been advised to reduce the amount of nicotine. The 11 mg ones have no flavour, out of the three packets I have opened they are bland, I cannot taste any menthol and to make matters worse, they do not last as long as others I have tried. I doubt I’ll be buying them again.”
