“The menthol refills are great. The only issue I have is that when I purchased 10 new batteries and chargers, the ET batteries, which replaced the 10 Motives batteries, initially 3 never charged and couldn't be used, and of the 10 that I purchased, together with the chargers, now only 4 of the 10 can be recharged. Please would you be able to look into this? Other than this, I am very happy with the refills and also your service.”
