“I have always loved this product (used it for several years), so I am really disappointed with the redesign of the pods (since they became transparent). The product now almost invariably leaks whilst in use. This results in a foul tasting liquid being deposited into my mouth, that feels like it is burning and results in ulcers. Prior to the pods being made transparent, this was a brilliant product. Unfortunately unless the design is changed or changed back or the leaking can be stopped, I won't be using this product again.”
