“Not had this for long so my review may be premature. I find the performance inconsistent. When it works well it is as good as any other basic e cig. Every now and then however, It becomes too harsh. It seems to happen regardless of how much charge the battery has or whether the cartridge is new or used.
I will post again should I work out how to avoid the inconsistencies.”
“I bought this product when much to my chagrin the makers of my usual vape pen updated the product and I bought a clearomiser only to find it didn't fit my battery! So I decided it was time to move to pastures new.
I've been using this product for three days and I am very pleased with it. The size is nice and I like the rainbow colour very much. I've never used a pen with changeable coils and was a bit nervous about how to swap them but it's as easy as pie you unscrew it to fill the tank and that's it! Ditto filling the tank from the bottom just aim the liquid to the side and avoid the middle tube as always.
The mouthpiece is clear plastic and being used to an opaque one and have to say whilst recognising the actual tank needs to be clear for filling purposes, at first I thought the actual mouthpiece looked a little cheap and unattractive and was concerned it wasn't as durable as the one I used before; nevertheless I am getting used to how it looks now and hopefully time will prove my fears about it being easier to break groundless.
I am lucky enough to be able to vape as I please throughout the day and would estimate a full tank covers this, as I tend to top it up before it reaches the four holes at the base of the coil which is possibly good practice anyway; I say possibly because - and this is my only real criticism - the instructions on the supplied leaflet are very small and virtually impossible to read. That said I am pleased enough with this product to have gone ahead and bought a second starter kit as I like to always have a spare of everything including a charger "just in case" as I had serious issues with the chargers on my previous pen. I used the charger for this kit for the first time today and found it to be comparatively much faster and better constructed.
To summarise I would recommend this device wholeheartedly.”
“After problems getting replacement cartridges for my e-cig i decided to try vaping and opted for this Hoxton Starter kit. My wife had bought one locally from a discount shop for less than half the price of this one but it looked and felt cheap and tacky.
When the Hoxton one arrived it immediately caught my eye, it looked well made and classy, felt heavier and more solid and upon trying it out i was very impressed. A full charge lasted me all day whereas the wife charged her cheap one up three times, also one fill of the liquid also lasted a full day. The two look similar at first glance, similar features but the build quality difference is obvious and i have full confidence of this product lasting me a long time.

“Been using this for a few months and its good for a cheap ecig setup. It produces a decent amount of vapor and the coils seem to be good for anything between two to four weeks before needing replacing (all depends on how much use they get - but the seem to be decent quality, I know of people that have more expensive setups that use them as much as I do and they need to replace their coils every week, sometimes even more). The only problem I have had has been self inflicted really; I dropped one of these onto a hard floor and the Clearomizer popped out from the metal screw base it was glued to, so sometimes it tries to slowly squeeze itself out in my pocket causing a little bit of escaped liquid. But probably good sign that the whole thing still works at all after the drop it had, so speaks somewhat to the build quality that its survived a fall. Needs charging by afternoon through my daily use. Recommend the Hoxton eliquids also, in particular the menthol which is quite thick for "cheap" eqliquid and vapes well.
Good starter set - recommended for the £15!”
