“This was my go to product for years, I'm absolutely gutted that they have changed the recipe. It no longer tastes like before with now a very unpleasant taste and very unpleasant after taste.
However I cannot fault Electic tobacconist, they were fantastic and extremely responsive when I contacted them about this, the provided very informative response regarding the change.
Unfortunately I have had to return my order but the process was very easy and straightforward.
The other downside is I am now having to find a different RY4 that tastes similar to before.”
