I go back and forth between 18mg and 9mg depending on how I’m feeling.
18mg gives you more of a throat hit, where as 9mg is more smooth. It really is personal preference.
I found I was getting through the 9mg much too quickly and because of the stronger throat hit in the 18mg, I found myself only smoking the cigarette every now and then and didn’t feel the need to keep puffing away.
