“It seems that the Prism S Coils recently purchased were faulty as 2 of the coils used so far have leaked - Having checked that they were inserted correctly (as I have done on many occasion). This resulted in a large loss of fluid. Probably just this batch of coils as all other products and fluids purchased from ET have been great and the service, faultless.”
