“I received my item the following day, which I was very impressed with. Had problems from the start, however the customer service was out of this world, the offered a solution straightaway and sent out a new Clearomizer which also came the next day. I then discovered that the E-Cig ordered wasn't the E-Cig received, but again customer service offered a solution straightaway. Unfortunately the Lumina was out of stock, but I was more than happy with what they had sent. They then sent the Fuse Clearomizer which was again sent 1st class and arrived the next day - I am now not looking back. The E-Cig wasn't the correct one, so I can't comment on the Lumina, but the replacement Fuse is great and Electric Tobacconist are by far a professional company with top customer service.”
“I like the fact the lumina is slim and relatively light weight compared to similar products and has a great hit if that's what you need from your e-cig. The battery can last a typical 6+ months but after that you may find the button begins to malfunction depending on how much you use it. Nevertheless this product is still great value for money in comparison to cigarettes and other e-cigs.”
“I ordered my vapouriz lumina electronic cigarette on the wednesday evening and it arrived on the friday afternoon.i was so chuffed with it to give up smoking and it was amazing until Sunday morning... it died so I charged the battery... it turned on bug the flashing pink light no longer worked.. and so I sent an emaileasking what to do. I was told to charge with a different charger. The charge was no the problem at all.. and so I emailed the team to advise the light no longer worked and it tasted like burning after a day and a half (by the way had used it once or twice)
